Treating Customers Fairly and Ethics Policy

• Investonline and their risk partners will be required to obtain information for the purpose of determining and advising on your financial situation and objectives.
• Investonline and their risk partners promote fair treatment of clients by integrating the guidelines and principles of Treating Customers Fairly in its Code of Ethics policy and in all business dealings with its clients.

Confidentiality

• Investonline and their risk partners promise to deal with your financial affairs in a competent, professional, and confidential manner.

Consent to Share Your Information and POPIA

• I confirm that Investonline and its representatives will be introducing me to Private Wealth Management and/or Capital Legacy for the purposes of assisting me with the services stated in this document. I hereby waive any right to privacy only for the stated purpose.
• I confirm that Investonline may share my personal contact information such as full name, contact number and email address, and where permitted, financial information, with Hugo Lambrechts or an alternative risk specialist at Private Wealth Management / Capital Legacy / PWM Short-term Insurance Hub.
• The purpose of this is to allow Private Wealth Management or Capital Legacy to make contact with me to gather my information to further assist me in the areas of risk planning / life cover / short-term insurance / wills & fiduciary.
• All information so obtained must be treated as confidential by the authorised user(s) and intermediary and may not be made public in any way without my written consent.
• I accept that Investonline and Private Wealth Management / Capital Legacy will take appropriate steps to prevent unlawful and unauthorized access thereto or use or disclosure thereof.
• You may access your personal information that we hold and may also request us to correct any errors or to delete this information.
• You can do so by contacting your Client Portfolio Manager or by emailing us at info@investonline.co.za
• In certain cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information.
